Brenden Kelley Recognized Again in 2026
Brenden Kelley
Super Lawyers Rising Stars, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, and Litigation Counsel of America
Every year I get a fresh reminder that the work we do is not theoretical. It is personal. Clients come to us when a deal, a business, a family plan, or a career is on the line. They deserve straight answers, real strategy, and a lawyer who takes the outcome seriously.
With that in mind, I am proud to share three recognitions that carry into 2026:
First, I was again selected to the 2026 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Business and Corporate Law. Super Lawyers uses a patented, multiphase selection process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations. Rising Stars recognition is limited to attorneys who are 40 or younger or in practice for 10 years or less, and it represents no more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys in a state. Learn more about the Super Lawyers Selection Process here.
Second, I remain recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024–2026). Best Lawyers is “Purely Peer Review,” meaning the recognition is based on confidential peer feedback within the same geography and practice area. Best Lawyers Ones to Watch applies that peer review approach to highlight excellence among lawyers earlier in their careers. Learn more about the Best Lawyers Methodology & Process here.
Third, I continue as a Litigation Counsel of America Fellow (2024–2026), an invitation-only honorary society with membership limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Lean more about the Litigation Counsel of America here.
I share these not to collect badges, but because they reflect the standard we try to live up to at Brenden Kelley Law: high-caliber work, clear communication, and real advocacy. We are a small team, but we work hard to punch above our weight class, and to treat every matter like it belongs to someone we know.
If you are a client, colleague, or friend who has trusted me, referred work, or helped me grow into this role, thank you. I would not be here without a lot of help.
