She eventually practiced in Westlake, Ohio, before moving to a practice in Mentor, Ohio. In both roles, she prioritized clear communication and patient comfort—hallmarks of her philosophy today.

Launching Kelley Family Dentistry

In April 2025, Abigail fulfilled a long-standing ambition by opening Kelley Family Dentistry in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. There, she offers a wide array of general dentistry services, emphasizing preventive care, patient education, and a welcoming environment for families of all ages.

Bridging Dentistry & Law

In addition to running her own practice, Abigail serves as a consultant at Brenden Kelley Law, led by her husband Brenden. Her in-depth clinical background enables the firm to handle dental-related legal matters with greater precision and effectiveness. From interpreting complex dental procedures to assessing standards of care, Abigail’s expertise ensures the legal team can advocate for clients with clarity and confidence, providing a comprehensive approach that blends medical knowledge with legal strategy.
