2.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Use bots, scrapers, harvesters, or other automated systems to access or interfere with the Website.
- Use the Website if you are under 13 years old, if we have restricted or terminated your use of the Website, or if doing so would violate a contract or legal obligation.
2.3 Website Content & Legal Disclaimer
The content on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Nothing on this Website should be relied upon for legal decisions without first consulting an attorney regarding your specific circumstances.
2.4 Use of AI & Recording Technologies
During consultations, we may use artificial intelligence tools and/or audio/video recording to better understand your legal inquiries and improve service quality. Recordings are treated with confidentiality and are normally deleted within 14 days, unless retention is deemed necessary for legal or case-specific reasons.
2.5 No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of this Website does not create an attorney-client relationship with Brenden Kelley Law. Contacting us via the Website or any means referenced on the Website similarly does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Accessing or using our client portal (including MyCase), or making or attempting to make payments online (including through LawPay), also does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when we enter into a specific, written fee agreement with you.
2.6 No Guarantee of Representation
Scheduling or participating in a consultation with Brenden Kelley Law does not guarantee that we will represent you or take your case. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when we enter into a specific, written agreement with you for legal representation.
2.7 Third-Party Sites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.
2.8 Text Message (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Brenden Kelley Law may send you text messages related to your inquiry or our Services, which may include conversational and informational messages such as appointment reminders, scheduling messages, requests for information/documents, and billing-related notices. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send promotional marketing text messages unless we specifically ask for—and you provide—separate consent for promotional messaging.
Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (and you may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). For help, reply HELP. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Your consent to receive text messages is not required to browse our Website. Where applicable, we will obtain your express consent before sending texts. We maintain records of opt-ins and opt-outs as needed for compliance.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
Service providers. We may share your mobile number with service providers who help us send text messages (for example, our phone/SMS platform), but only to provide that service to us and not for their own marketing purposes.

Access to the Client Portal does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee that we will represent you. Representation begins only with a signed written fee agreement.
2.10 Online Payments (LawPay)
We may allow you to pay invoices or make other payments online through LawPay, a third-party payment processor. Payment processing may be subject to LawPay’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Using LawPay or submitting payment information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only with a signed written fee agreement.
2.11 Unsolicited Information, Confidentiality, and Conflicts
Do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-critical information through the Website, contact forms, chat features, or email links on this Website. Until we have completed a conflicts check and agreed in writing to represent you, any information you send may not be treated as confidential or privileged, and will not prevent us from representing another person or entity with interests adverse to yours.
